Delivery & Return

At Premium Local Products, your satisfaction is our utmost concern. We guarantee deliveries from the time you confirm your order on our website.

Please read our Delivery & Return policy to get a clear understanding of our delivery and return processes.


  1. Delivery within Singapore will be fulfilled within 3 to 5 working days, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays, upon successful order on the Site.
  2. Bulk orders may be subject to a different delivery cost and may require a longer delivery time to be fulfilled. “Bulk Order” means an order for any product that comprises quantities of beyond 36 units, unless otherwise stated in writing by Premium Local Products.
  3. Premium Local Products will endeavor to deliver the products to your delivery address within the delivery time frame, but does not and cannot guarantee that the delivery time frames will be met as there may be factors outside of our control which may result in early or delayed deliveries such as weather, traffic, haze, etc. You agree that Premium Local Products shall not be liable for any deliveries made outside the delivery time frame. If your designated delivery location is inaccessible, rendering us unable to make the delivery, we will contact you to determine the best alternative location and/or date.
  4. Please notify Premium Local Products immediately of any change to your delivery address or contact number. Any changes in the delivery address after the submission of your order may incur an administrative charge of S$10.00.
  5. For deliveries where you specifically instruct Premium Local Products to leave your delivery outside the door of the specified delivery address, such delivery shall be at your sole risk and you accept all liability and risk of loss, theft, and damage. For all other deliveries, please arrange for someone to receive the delivery and sign off the delivery invoice or device.
  6. Delivery timing is from 12:00 to 20:00 from Mondays to Fridays and from 11:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays. No delivery will be done on Sundays and on public holidays.
  7. Premium Local Products’ standard delivery service within Singapore usually takes about 3-5 working days from the point the order is confirmed. Any confirmed order made after 14:00 will be considered the following day’s order and will be dispatched the following day.
  8. There will be 2 FREE redelivery attempts in case of unsuccessful deliveries. Our courier team will send an SMS before delivery so that you know that our driver is on the way. Redelivery will always be the next working day. Goods will be sent back to our warehouse after 2 unsuccessful redelivery attempts. Afterwhich, Premium Local Products will either refund you your order, excluding the delivery fees or schedule for another delivery at an additional cost bear by you.

Areas we do not cover

  1. We do not deliver to restricted areas, e.g. Changi Airport (Transit & Departure Area), Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island).
  2. We do not deliver to off island areas, e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island.
    1. If orders with delivery destination being a restricted area – you will be notified via email to make amendments to your delivery destination. Delivery date and time options will be provided for redelivery for your your selection.
  3. Overseas deliveries are currently not covered in our website. However, we may do an exception on a case-by-case basis. You mail email us to enquire on overseas delivery via


  1. Please check your order upon delivery. If there is any damaged or incorrect product(s) (including delivery of additional product(s) not ordered by your), please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date at or call us at +65 3159 1802. Premium Local Products at its sole discretion, will offer a replacement or refund of the damaged or incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s).
  2. We ask that all returned products are not used or expired, and in the original box and/or packaging. Premium Local Products reserves the right, but has no obligation to, inspect the returned product and to determine whether the product was rightfully returned in accordance with this paragraph. Where Premium Local Products exercises its right to inspect the product, Premium Local Products’ decision in respect of such returned products shall be deemed final and binding on you.
  3. Premium Local Products handles any returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of our customers and deal with them fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
